Recognition
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services and products offered by GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION. They also establish the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the platform, meaning that access and use of the platform are conditional upon acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all visitors, users, and any person who accesses or uses www.gaudifoundation.org. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to access the platform.
Accordingly, the user affirms that they are fully capable and competent to assume and comply with the obligations established in these Terms and Conditions.

GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION does not guarantee that the platform or any of its features will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Additionally, GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION does not guarantee compatibility with any software, application, or website used by the user.

Subscription
To access the free newsletter (Gaudí-related information) and post comments and/or constructive contributions in the website forum, users must subscribe and provide the following data:
1. Full name
2. Phone number
3. Email address
An internet connection and a compatible device are required to access www.gaudifoundation.org. The information provided by the user when creating the account must be truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Otherwise, the user will be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in the immediate deletion of their account.
GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities requesting or ordering the Foundation to disclose the identity of any person who posts any message or disseminates any content that violates these Terms and Conditions. By accepting them, the user agrees to release and hold GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION harmless from any claim arising from the actions performed.
Subscription Validity
Subscriptions to www.gaudifoundation.org will automatically renew monthly unless the user has expressly stated their intent to cancel, following the procedure described in the next section.
Subscription Cancellation
If the user wishes to cancel the subscription, they must go to the relevant section of the website or email hello@gaudifoundation.org to request the cancellation.
In any case, the subscription will be canceled by GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION if any of the following occur: the user’s death or declaration of death, the user’s declaration of absence, violation of the Terms and Conditions by the user, transfer of the user’s account to third parties, the user’s minority of age, or insults, threats, distribution of external or harmful content (improper use of the platform) by the user.
Registration
To purchase products or services from GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION, users must provide one or more payment methods. If the primary payment method is declined or no longer available for GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION to charge, the Foundation is automatically authorized to charge through any other payment method associated with the user’s account, who will remain responsible for any unpaid amount.
If an error occurs while charging a recurring payment through the associated payment method, GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION will suspend product delivery or service provision until the corresponding amount is paid.
For limited or unique products or services offered on the platform, they will be reserved for a maximum period of one week until GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION has collected the required amount via any payment method. If the user has not paid the corresponding amount within 48 business hours, the reservation will be canceled, and the product or service will again be offered on www.gaudifoundation.org.
GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION warns that certain payment method providers may charge fees for foreign currency transactions or other charges related to payment processing. Local tax charges may vary depending on the payment method used. GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION recommends checking with payment service providers for details.
Updating Payment Methods
The user can modify payment methods in the relevant section of the platform. GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION also reserves the right to modify payment methods. If updates are made to payment methods, GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION is authorized to continue charging the user through the relevant method or methods.
Prices and Updates
GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify the prices of services and products when deemed appropriate (immediately, without prior notice, and for any reason). Prices for products and services will be visible on www.gaudifoundation.org.
Content
GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION content is regularly updated and expanded. Downloading content in PDF or video format from the platform is not authorized.
User Prohibitions
Unless expressly authorized, users agree to:
1. Not violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights or third-party rights, or commit any illegal act.
2. Not archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell, or use content or information from GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION’s service.
3. Not bypass or disable content protections or elements of GAUDI WORLD FOUNDATION’s service.
4. Not use robots, spiders, scrapers, or automated means to access the platform.
5. Not upload or transmit harmful software or malware.
6. Not impersonate any person or entity, access other users’ accounts without permission, or provide false information.
7. Not send spam or unsolicited advertisements to other users.
8. Not reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the platform.
9. Not damage or interfere with the operation of the platform or disrupt other users’ experience.
10. Not collect or gather email addresses or contact details of other users without consent.

Survival Clause

Changes to Terms
